    Don't get me wrong, if I could afford an awesome refractor telescopeI would, but those are the ones that cost thousands. Most are motorized and move with the sky, most have go-to finder, which is pretty much a little computer, you plug in what you want to see and it moves on it's own. I like my non-motor though, part of the fun is star hopping and finding things on your own

    Edit: Oh as far as the magnification, it depends on which eye piece I use. I have quite a few, the better ones obviously being more expensive. I can see pretty frickin' far though, lets just say that
    that thing is absolutly insane, i think i would want a manual one too though, it sounds funner to move it myself than push a button. the one in the link looks definitly worth it, to be able to see saturn like that from here? can you imagine the moon through that!? you could probably count the craters lol
