I don't really think its weird but people at work always comment on my cream cheese & doritos bagels that I make.

My least favorite weird food that I sometimes see in my house is...cow tongue with parsley and garlic; everyone in my family swears its amazing but I could never get over the mental factor.

Smokes trout is awesome. I built that smoker last summer and I use it all the time to smoke every kind of fish I can think of. Whole rainbow trout and whole whitefish are the best!
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?

Well I haven't eaten any of this in years but I used to love fried blood sausage, tattie scones and smoked kippers.

I don't believe that there's any way that liver can be prepared that would make it taste remotely palatable for me. I can't get past the texture of it - bleck!!!

Oh Robin you've never had liver the way I make it then. Soaked 24 hours in whole milk to make it lovely and soft, then cooked in a pan that's already had good bacon and onion cooked in it so it soaks up all the yummy onion/bacon flavors. Served with pan juices and smothered in bacon and onions with some lovely fried potatoes......that's good eating!

YESH to the pickled okra, Chick Fil-et, smoked kippers, all-things-sushi...

I think the weirdest thing I occasionally crave is cottage cheese with french or catalina dressing and bacon bits on top....creamy, spicy and crunchy.

I think the world's most perfect food is spicy scallop handrolls for that reason...creamy, spicy and crunchy (well more chewy than crunchy with the nori, but...NOM!).

I use to think the same thing until I had some good ones at a chicken dive on Rt. 66. A co-worker took me there one day because he loved their livers so much. I got the recipe from the owner and tweeked it until it was something I could eat any time. My coworker says mine are way better after I brought him in a half pound to try. He ate the entire bowl on our lunch break.
