    Research will definitely happen. As I think about what I'm trying to do, I'm thinking I'm not necessarily trying to follow a specific diet per say, just wanting to eat healthy and for me that would simply mean eating good foods and generally eating the same things over and over again for the most part..     Look into the paleo diets, meat and veggie is a majority of it. Both paleo and vegan are not like a lot of fad diets, there's nothing specific about them. More like guidelines of why to eat or not eat something. Good luck with your health venture, sounds like you have a good start already.
