I am 5'2 and sit between 125 - 130 with an athletic body type so pretty close to you.
Firstly if you are looking for a quick exercise program I really like Slim in 6 - start with the "Start it Up" you can find this online and it moves you up to the "Ramp it Up" once you've gained some muscles/stamina. Do this 2x a week and walk or pick another cardio type exercise for 2x a week (working out a total of 4x per week is realistic).
I do NOT diet - I am a self confessed sugar addict. But since I know that and am also quite vain I try to make up for it by working out and eating mostly healthy (80/20). I go to boxing and boot camp 1x per week at the community centre (super cheap $6.00 a class!) and always try to walk/run for 60 minutes on the days I don't do a workout.
Russian twists, sit ups, crunches, flutter kicks, plank - these are all great belly busters.
You should download the Fitness Pal app to get a realistic view of how much you should be eating and I use Runkeeper to track exercise and it tells you how many calories an activity burns.
