Is this Normal from a known breeder?

While I understand where you're coming from Nimbly, and true, Garrick's name was thrown out there without the OP's consent, it remains that Garrick's name was made public, and he has every right to defend what the OP brought to everybody's attention. The screenshot of Garrick's response is nothing but helpful in this situation, where people are in fact anxious to get a response - This thread would probably be another 8 pages long by now, if it wasn't known that Garrick was intending to come post after the fact.

Nobody said that Garrick shouldn't have the right to defend his name... however he shouldn't have even had to defend his name, since no one was even making a claim against him. The OP asked a general question, privately messaged another member trusting that he could confide in them, only to have that person reveal the breeder's name publicly. I'm sorry to the OP that he chose the wrong person to confide in. I'm sorry to Garrick that he now even has to waste his time defending himself because of it. I'm sure he has better things to be doing, and now having to take his time out of his day to worry over this DRAMA is ridiculous.

As for the OP disappearing, he's probably fed up with everything. I know I would be, if my simple general question got blown completely out of proportion and now I have to worry about my large transactions and relationship between said breeder. I would disappear from this discussion too. Lets not forget that the OP NEVER WANTED THE BREEDERS NAME EXPOSED. He wasn't trying to slander anyone. So he's not running and hiding from anything but a bunch of crap that got blown up.
