Hi,

Since when does a copy of an email count as hard evidence? Since when do forum accounts have a one day activation policy?

Sometimes the email activation part of the registration can cause delays - sometimes it gets moved to a junk email folder by mistake and sometimes it gets flagged as spam by an internet provider.

In these situations we can fix the problem this end but that relies on one of the Admins being online. Occasionally real time commitments can cause a delay in that happening.
