That really doesn't make any sense. Ones a way to eat and one is a performance enhancer. Although I will admit they can go hand in hand in together. But I'm more into health and living a long life for my family at this point.

If your geared up you should be also taking milk thistle to protect your liver, along with a estrogen blocker off cycle. And yeah creatine and a good multi is a no brainer.

Lol ok you never know what people are going to say. "I'm 400 lbs of muscle and can bench 10000000lbs" type stuff comes out of people on the Internet a lot. It's actually 500 on the dot. And my shoulder hated me for it lol.

Other than the occasional car I pick up at random, I don't lift much at all anymore...used to, but never close to 500, and my shoulder still hates me for it. Cool stuff....

This is really interesting! I'm about to go look it up sense I've been living off processed foods, bread, and dairy for the last 5 years.... Now that I don't work at a fast food joint anymore and feeding myself I think I might like the natural route for a change haha!

Getting off the processed stuff will make you feel 100 times better. That whole 3 o'clock tired feeling people get really doesn't happen when you kick the crap out of your diet. Good luck!

This is definitely something I'm going to look into. I need to drop about 15 lbs for football and need a diet that supplies me with what I need. And I hear you in the shoulder, I did 405 earlier this off season and my shoulder is lucky to still be attached. Since then though I've plateaued really bad. Wonder if this could hekp
