Just saw this thread..

Would just like to say i bought my Spider from Tim last year and my spider has been wonderful. Extremely healthy, sexed correctly and almost no wobble. Tim was extremely nice and I got nothing but good vibes from him.

I look forward to his stand every time i go to the columbus show.

i hope i don't get hate from this but i feel everyone has a bad experience once with everyone so id still do business with whomever until i can acutely see how bad they are towards the animals

i have delt with tim on many animals and i will say he is one of the best guys to deal with at the cleveland and columbus shows . he has always been very helpfull befor during and after sales

I have dealt with Tim before and actually, just made a deal with him a week ago. I am greatly pleased with his animals, always have been. He has always been very helpful, before, during and after the sale. I'm sure, with only a few posts I am not much, but my opinion, I'll deal with Tim as long as he has what I want or need.

I built some rat cages for Tim some time ago when i was into boas. Back then it was always about the animals.Unfortunately Tim has lost his love for the animals and it's become more about the money.

He's great to deal with until something goes wrong.

This is SUCH A TRUE STATEMENT!!! Tim is a great guy if he is getting money from you, but if it's any other reason, good luck.

He's in it for the money, hence why he flips so many snakes. This is why i will never buy from him again. I'd rather buy from people who love their animals and breed to make good quality snakes.

I'm not speaking for or against Tim...just wanted to address this point:

In THIS "industry" a guarantee's only value is in the integrity of the person offering it...written or not.

If a man (or woman) has integrity, then they will honor their word whether or not it is written down. But a written guarantee from a scumbag isn't worth the paper it IS printed on.

If I were to purchase some snakes from a breeder a couple of times even 10 times and everything went good and the animals were fine and healthy and then I learn on here and it's proven they screw somebody out of money or an animal I wouldn't chime in to defend them. It's easy to be nice and answer emails and phone calls when everything has gone well and they want to talk to you for more sales, it's when problems and mistakes happen when a breeder has to refund some money or replace an animal when you will see a persons true colors and costumer service. Again this is if it's proven that they really did do someone wrong, cause the story can always go both ways. I've had some great transactions with some great breeders all with no problems but if I learned they were proven to have screwed somebody over when a problem arouse I would personally never do business with them again. It's just not worth the risk to me as there are many great reputable and honest breeders out there. Just my 2 cents.
