Luckily we have a very good exotic animal vet who could keep her alive, but she still almost a year later isnt 100%. A horrible company to do business with. Expect NO COSTUMER service past the sale. I reported his practice to the NARBC because that is where I bought it and they have a rule against selling sick animals.... didnt hear back from them either though....
BG will address this first. To your average Vet(most don't know squat about snakes...maybe your does) the "symptoms" a Spider Ball python has will seem extreme, and could easily be misdiagnosed. Somehow I think the problem with your Spider has more to do with Spiders in general than an actual problem. This is the reason it can't be cured in one year. Are you sure it's "kidneys" are not failing from the Vet dosing it with meds?

Why did you buy it if it had some sort of injury before you laid down your money. BG isn't saying it didn't, but it's common for people to say this.

Now to the original OP. BG will talk to Tim the next time he sees him. Tim and his wife seem like good people to BG. BG will listen to his side of the story.
