I shot it side by side with a Sig P229 (also in 9mm) and found that I was much more accurate with the Sig. I'm not sure I can explain why, exactly, but that's the way it goes. The slide and slide release were also much easier for me to use. (The decocker lever was about a wash between them.) As the guy at the shop said after I came out of the range, if everything worked for everybody, there'd only be one brand and one model of gun out there. I still want to try out a Walther P99 AS and/or P99C AS at some point, but tracking one down that I can try without just buying it first seems difficult.
So far thats my only complaint about the gun, the slide is somewhat difficult to operate. More so than some other pistols anyhow. As far as compared to the Sig.. yeah I imagine the Sig is a better firearm. Its also about 500-600 dollars more, which is why I have the CZ

So far I love it though, Ive put about 300 rounds through it and great gun!
