I've tried android twice now.. I do like the phones, but the OS feels a little unstable for me. I recently had the Sony Xperia X10, I loved the phone, but it would lock up in random places on me. SO I am yet again, back with the iphone

Sorry, but applications for the android need to be installed on internal memory cards and can't be installed on the micro sd cards, which I had a 16 gig one in my xperia.

Backing your phone up with itunes is much better then what is provided with any android phone in my opinion. Literally everything is backed up! I hate itunes, I don't use it for anything but my iphone, but I've jailbroken my phone before and it's saved my butt having it backed up. When you brick an iphone it's a good feeling knowing you can plug it in and restore the phone.

Jailbreaking your phone gives you access to literally everything in your phone. Which is what happened to mine and I bricked it.

People like the android because of the customization, so what happens when iphone os 4.0 comes out? What will people say then? Multi-tasking(battery killer IMO, and not needed for a cell phone), create folders, backgrounds on the lock screen and home screen.

I don't like fan boys of either which I'm not, I'm just trying to figure out what the big deal is with android. The battery life is horrible, I get double the battery out of my iphone. I don't have dropped calls. 3G network here is great, not sure how it is on AT&T, I'm in Canada.

I have now tried two android phones and have went back to the iphone. Don't get me wrong, the Sony Xperia X10 was an awesome phone, but the android OS just feels to incomplete for me. I shouldn't have to go install a new keyboard on my phone just to type properly. Or wait for my carrier to release updates. When apple releases the updates, guess what? You get them. You don't sit around and wait for the update to come to your carrier.

Cheers
