Someone posts..."What does a Super Pastel Clown look like ??"

I do an internet seach and post a couple photos (as well as the cool video of the Super Pastel Clown). No one should have a problem with posting this.

Now if I use the pictures on my website, business cards, t-shirts, etc, that is something completely different. If I use someone else's photo and claim it is my snake, that is wrong as well.
Actually you should and for various reasons.

1# It is against our TOS as stated above in my post, those are the TOS each an everyone agrees on upon signing.

2# Common sense would tell you that you should not use other people's property without their consent..........that's called respect and common courtesy.

On a personal level when I post pictures MY animals taken by ME this does not mean I allow people to use those pictures and repost them on any forum.

Those are MY pictures and therefore if they are posted by someone it will likely be by ME unless I gave the permission to someone to use or repost those pictures.

Do I give permission to people to use my pictures?

Yes I do all the time including to my customers who receive full right to the pictures of the animal they purchased, however if I see one of my pictures posted on a forum, myspace, facebook etc and I was not ask for permission I will have that picture taken down........... simple as that for the reason mentioned above respect and courtesy.
