I have to admit, WW is one of the better "lifestyles" or diets (however you refer to it). I went to WW for many years, and it served me well... I learned all the basics of eating right, exercising, paying attention to my body/health, and still remember some of the tips & recipes they taught. But my weight loss itself wasn't impressive, maybe 20 lbs total in the 5-6 years I did the program. I took the information they offered, and modified it to fit my lifestyle... only then did I really see the weight come off in good numbers. Oh, and getting a dog helped too - LOL.
