Man, it always sucks to hear about that kind of stuff. The petsmart by me sure doesn't do a great job of taking care of their animals. I think it is mostly just the lazy employees.

That does suck about your hard headed manager. If I ever worked at a pet store and my manager was less than knowledgeable, my higher ups would know it.
