I would say they'll reach breeding weight at the end of this year. So pretty much they'll be ready for next breeding season.

I wouldn't be so quick to discard that other female She's gorgeous also in my opinion, just that second one is even moreso. The first female isn't as reduced, but she's got really pretty odd markings on her. If you don't want her, ship her to me Even if you're not thinking of her with breeding in mind, she'd be nice to have in a collection. I would honestly kinda lean towards having a dinker project with her. But what do I know

Basically, it's just a normal ball python that looks different, appears to have different traits than the usual normal. Clear belly, different colored eyes, hooks, odd/irregular pattern, really dark or really light colors, blah blah. Normals do vary extremely, but sometimes there's that one that just catches your eye and stands out, and you want to 'dink' with it, see if anything comes of it.

Isn't it also fairly common that in a dinker project you would breed dinker adult to offspring? That way you know that if it is a genetic trait you will be getting the best chance of it passing, especially if recessive, or if co-dom you will find the super form.

At least I'm pretty sure that's what a lot of breeders do, I remember reading about that here.

Interesting attitude. Why, exactly, are you in this hobby again?

BP's are like Pizza...some Pizza is better than others, but I've never had any really bad Pizza.

Breed her and get rid of her cause she's ugly? Why don't you just send her to me, and I'll appreciate her for what she is.

Im going to eat her after Im done breeding her.
Some pizzas are better than others so you would want to eat the good ones if you can right? Unless you can store them all in your stomach then you can eat them all.. I don't have all the space to keep everything and there are other snakes I like and Im in a project with a partner now and should have more snakes to keep later.

I wasn't really out looking for normal females but only a fire of any sex. I thought this would be a perfect package since the fire is a male. But that's how I think now because she's not here yet. When she's here and grow on me I might change that thought.. But just talking about her making her grow on me already..

I don't have racks and put them in separate glass tanks. So that requires space my friend Hope you understand for me

I think I'll work on building a rack soon.

It's logical. I totally agree with this
I'll try that if I can. But what is it about her that makes her different or special? I don't see it
