    Re: Exceptional normal male

Ooooh, I LOVE that female, Jas--the high yellow is awesome.
Those are the kind of girls I'm going to try to get my hands on. I can easily imagine what that color will do when mixed with pastel.
I hope our little male looks even half that good as an adult, and we'll have a start on it.

GA--that girl does look really clean, but along with the other speculators, I wonder if that's a mutation? Worth a check and see.

    Re: Exceptional normal male

I have a female u guys are going to like. Her patterns on her sides consist of a bunch of numbers 8's. Its just crazy how the patterns make so many number 8's, and they are on both sides. My dad started calling her Dale Jr after Dale Earnhardt Jr (since his number was 8)...Now since Dale Earnhardt Jr is moving to the number #88. Then i guess her patterns will fit even better now, LoL...I'll get some pics up for you guys, but trust me my camera is a POS and it doesnt do her any justice.....=-)

Actually, that girl is a boy. And until proven otherwise is just a normal male. A nice clean reduced pattern normal male, but still a normal male.

These are what I define as clean. All normals from my collection.

    Re: Exceptional normal male

People will definately get on your case if you declare your Normal to be exceptional. This guy I have, has -something- a bit different than your average pet-store normal.. if your normal stands out to you, why?

    Re: Exceptional normal male

Some nice looking animals up here.
Our boy stands out due to the high yellow, and the fact that he seems to be holding on to it as he gets older. It's that high yellow/reduced brown that really gets my attention. The ultra clean patterns and the really light colored snakes are pretty nice, too. I can imagine what the light color would do in a mojave line.

Rabernet, you have some gorgeous females there, REALLY nice.

    She's awesome!

So are reduced patterns considered preferable? Is mine considered "busy"?
