    That being said, I am putting her humid hide in the enclosure just in case.
    My advice doesn't change. I'd still try to remove it, gently. Since it could be a scab, I'd probably use a Q-tip moistened with diluted betadine (1:10). If that doesn't work, see if it comes off on her next shed. At one year old, she's probably still shedding frequently. If it doesn't come off, or if it does but comes back, I'd take her to see a vet.
