Are you sure this came from a BP, & not a spotted python? (jkg)I really have no idea what caused those spots, but I wouldn't call 'em "creepy"? You really seem to expect perfection out of excrement- maybe you just have a creative snake? That green stuff is a nice touch.
I have no idea what a vet would say but if you ask one, do let us know? (Seriously, I don't think it has anything to do with parasites.)
