Weird urate.

My albino boy just let loose a urate, and in the waste there's a bunch of little tiny black spots... looks almost like caviar, for lack of better description, only small. Do bp's ever have visual parasites? Is that what that is?

I lust kinda poked the black stuff with a tooth pick, and it's gritty like sand. I'd like to get a picture of it, but my only camera is my computer cam and it doesn't do close ups. :/

When I first got my boy Zeus he passed urates on my couch and they looked exactly like you described. Not sure why but they've never looked like that since. Get a fecal done if you're really worried, but I didn't and he's fine.
