Could of been nasty

Well, this seems like something to seriously warn others about, as it wasn't just you...Dianne said it's happened to her too. It's a wonder the snakes didn't
cut their necks or noses in doing this? Was this the same brand of caging, I wonder?

Mine was a homemade melamine cage with aluminum soffit vents (link below). I would never have thought my boas could bend these, but they did. Luckily these vents were secured in place by a couple of screws, but it still could have been much worse. I’ve since upgraded to all manufactured cages, but will never again use any type of slotted vent like these again.
