I think it looks pretty good. The only thing I might change down the road is when the red bulb burns out replace it with a CHE instead. Let us know how temps and humidity do! Do you have a temp gun to measure surface temps under the substrate on your hot side? That is important as they definitely like to burrow through the substrate down to that warm surface. It should be about 90.

I'm worried about putting the foam on the top of the cage, will she be able to breathe ok?

With the holes cut for the lights it should be fine, but if you are worried about ventilation you could put a few small holes in the foam the way we do with tubs.

Ok so a couple more questions.

I placed the probe from the thermostat between glass and UTH. Where should I place the thermostat that is hooked to the heat lamp or the red light? I do not have a thermostat on the day light but don't think I need one because it's a low wattage LED bulb that doesn't give off heat it's just there for the day/night cycle

My temps are now 88-90 on the hot side and around 78-80 on the cool side and the new digital thermometer/hygrometer says the ambient temp is 88-90 and humidity fluctuates between 40-60% Andi mist when it gets low. The foam seems to be helping some with the humidity, I don't have to just 4 times a day now.

I would place it under the light, about halfway down. Put your thermometer for that side close to the substrate, where the snake will be, and set so that the air temp where the s lake will be is what you want.

Did you. It’s down your substrate really well with warm water? Doing that every few days will help as well.

I have it set now down under the light and it's on the glass but I put a bunch of moss on top of it so it's hidden kind of cause she tends to lay out in that area sometimes

I just did the foam 2 days ago and yesterday was the full day of testing with correct temps and everything. I listed with warm wanted for about 2 minutes with the reptile mister I bought. The humidity held all day around 55% and it was down to around 40% when I checked on her earlier so I listed again for 2 minutes till everything was good and wet

Keep in mind, you want your relative humidity in the 50%+ range, but you don't want everything wet. Wet substrate will lead to scale rot. Wet doesn't equal humidity.
