    I find that after raising a few dozen crested over the past 3 years, only 2 ever dropped their tails, and it was when a cage mate mistook the tail for a nice juicy worm. Lol

    Some can be jumpy, others very chill, but handling these guys isn't usually difficult, just keep in mind that they prefer to jump rather than run.
