    Corny, my adopted corn snake

coworker had a friend who felt they weren't giving their 3/4 year old corn snake the best care, so after contemplating if i could take in another snake i decided i'd take the little guy in. i kept the name because the previous owner's kids came up with it, and i thought it was silly like the rest of my bby's names.

so here's me diving head first into the world of colubrids. he's in the ~20gal glass tank that was given to me along with him, he has a UTH + 'stat set at 90°, digital thermometer/hygrometer reading 72°/35%, but i just misted the reptichip so it's at ~65%.

any secret tips, advice or anything else is greatly appreciated!!! i'm so excited to have him home! hopefully will get non-cellphone pics soon!

How cute. No advice. I have a small corn myself, just got a week ago. Named Mr. T. Because of his head pattern lol ... but I'll be stalking this thread for advice

90* is actually a little too high. The warm spot for a corn should be 80 to 85 degrees.

He looks very Happy? Mine refuses to use his hide and buries himself instead. Does yours do that?
