Red Light vs Blue Light

here's a pic: i installed (using a glue gun) an LED RGB light strip in my rack and this is the color i use most. it looks like moonlight. the pic makes it look really bright but it's on the lowest dimmer setting and fairly dim.

i plan on getting another one of these for my T8.



you've gotten great advice so i'll summarize my opinion: for light, you can use anything you want but it should be for light only. for heat, get a CHE that produces only heat.
