the hoggie permit is easy to get, it’s just terrible to find the appropriate information! I blame central mis-management services, they dictate how thou shalt set up agency webpages (i work for a different part of dnr). And you can buy the snake first and submit a copy of the receipt to get the permit! Lessee, i should have the information in my e-mail, root root root . . . Nope, but i’ve found it before, i *can* do it again! Dig dig dig . . . .here we go:

the web pages mention annual reports, never been asked for one for my husband’s hoggie, that may only be for the non-hobby permits.
