    Hello! Thank you!

OK, What are the safe temp ranges for the snake? The warm side and also the cooler side.
    OK

Thank you so much for your help!

Oof did you check any of the stickies or advice from the other keepers here?

Your little one is stressed, please read this:
    https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...-hatchling-101

    General BP info:
    https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...Husbandry-FAQs

I advise following what Deborah pointed out if you haven't already. Hides and smaller tubs are like security blankets for a hatchling.

You MUST get a thermostat for the UTH and you MUST get a dimmer for any heat lamps. The poor beep will be so hot and stressed it for sure won't eat and it will dehydrate !

Vivarium Electronics or Spider Robotics make reliable thermostats. And Home depot carries dimmers.

On average, ambient temps should not fall below 75f or go above 82f. When Coco was a tiny hatchling at 68g, I had her in a 9qt Really Useful Box. I drilled holes for ventilation. If you're based in the U.S.A they're sold at Staples.

You'll get this sorted! I had an awful time the first couple of weeks when I got Coco back in September. The lovely folks here helped me get her out of an awful stuck shed, eating properly and now she's past the 220g mark !

hot spot (this temperature is measured on the floor below the substrate over or under the heating element used): adults at 90-92° F, hatchlings and juveniles at 88-89° F.

cold side (this temperature is taken from the air right above the substrate on the opposite side from the hot spot): ~80° F and never allowing it to drop below 75° F.

ambient (air) temperatures: should never fall below 75° F.

a thermostat is the superior option, but a dimmer can work when used correctly.

since you're new and having troubles, i'd recommend a 6qt tub and the husbandry changes outlined in the first link @Quahog shared in their post above. once your snake is eating regularly you can move her back into the larger enclosure.

Question Has begun the shedding process

So she has begun the shedding process her eyes are cloudy ....should I still move her to a 6qt tub? How will I heat her tub? Should I empty the big terrarium and just put the tub over top the heating mat that is already stuck to the bottom of the terrarium glass?
Should I use a heating lamp when I move her to a tub or just a heating mat? How will I control humidity in such a small tub? Spraying or just a small dish of water over the heating mat portion? Or should I just try to keep the whole terrarium that the tub would be inside at the right humidity?
