looks like each shelf can hold one 28quart, two 12quart and possibly four 6quart tubs. breeders do keep established adult BP's @2000grams in 28-32quart tubs w/ just he waterbowl and one hide.
looks like the heat tape is not one long strip but 4 different strips and runs concurrently. i would confirm it all works. also each shelf looks stable as it sits in routed in the side walls.
i think this would make a nice hatchling rack - could hold 2 or 3 clutches - in the future or a nice and efficient home for your current snakes.
