I am not sure if there is a way to allow the embedding of an actual Facebook, Instagram or other social media post here in a post. But the good news, is that we have decided to eliminate the hot-linking restriction that we used to have for photos. You are now free to embed photos from other sources directly in your posts instead of only posting a link to the photo. So, you could embed the photo, and link to the post on social media for more info or details if it is necessary.
