    He's actually at the transition point. The max / target you should feed is 10% of the body weight, so about 35 grams. According to Rodent Pro a jumbo mouse weighs 25 to 45 grams, so that's about perfect. I actually feed snakes that small twice a week and they grow twice as fast, but probably not needed since it's a male, even if you decide to breed him. He could probably switch to weaned rats, but I'd keep the frozen mice around too. I usually try rats with some of my snakes and they won't eat, but then I try a mouse and they snatch it up. They seem to like mice better. But at some point you'll need to get them on medium rats once they are full size.
