    Vivarium ve 200 temperature changing.

So today I cleaned my snake tubs an wiped down the rack shelves themselves with a slightly damp cloth. I removed the old tape on probe holding it down to the heat tape an reapplied new tape

I have the probe set at 94 and reading 94 with light blinking as normal then it drops to 93 the green light stays on until reaching 94 then gos back to blinking .
A few times it has read 95 but the green indicator light was off .. just want to make sure this is normal?
I put probe back in exact same spot as well as the tape I just don't remember it doing this before...

It's not doing this repeatedly in continuous sequence but it is doing it several times throughout the the hour...

I'm still on tape in the enclosure. Why are you taping anything. No tape! You risk serious issues with tape.

*~* Nothing sticky (tape, stick on gauges, Velcro) goes into your enclosure! Again...NOTHING sticky goes into your enclosure....EVER! *~*

Since you did a cleaning, and had things unhooked it can take it a little bit to even itself out. Whenever I clean enclosures it takes the thermostat a little bit to get back into its smooth routine.

No it's a c-serpent rack unit the foil tape is on the probe which is sitting on the flexwatt heat tape been using it for over a year now haven't had any issues like I said in a previous reply the temperature is holding its not fluctuating like it was before I'm figuring that it was because I had things unplugged for a time being
