    holy wow you need to find out what caused this injury asap and rectify the issue. i'd also create as sterile an environment as possible: paper towel substrate, deep cleaning of everything in the enclosure. the last thing you need is an infection on top of this.

    get some betadine or neosporin WITHOUT pain relief and apply it daily.

    how long as the wound been there? did it come gradually or was it something that happened overnight?
