No doubt, good on you for doing the best you can. I honestly don't know how you do it. I couldn't work for a company that doesn't believe in housing their animals properly, underfeeds their animals and basically looks at living, breathing animals as dollar signs. I have both of the "major" big box stores within a few miles of me and I honestly hate going in to one of them. The reptiles, especially, are just in horrible shape in horrible conditions. It breaks my heart. I've spoken with a few employees, tried to help out a bit and they will basically listen until I shut up, but nothing ever changes. I've shown them care sheets and various things on my phone and they just don't care.
The other one at least tries based on what corporate allows, but I still can't stand seeing animals kept the way they are.

With the vast amount of knowledge at your fingertips that we as a society have available, there really is no excuse.
