    Not much BP experience here but a 95F +/-2 floor will not burn a reptile or BP. It might not be ideal but will not 'burn' (+hopefully it thermoregulates). FYI my thermostat needs to be set at 107F (affixed to bottom of UTH) to achieve glass floor temps between 90-95F (there is some variability across the UTH). A half inch or so of substrate knocks that down 2-3F and the hot spot hide consistently maintains ~ 88-90F... so I think/hope I'm good too
