Maybe a bit of neosporin would help. At least that's what I would do. Put a very light, very light amount. Everyday or so for about a week. Make sure it's just neosporin with nothing else added. Hope this helps. My Blackpin likes to rub his chin, this helped a lot.

Just looks like a scale got pulled off. No major worry, will heal right up.
