I would check the plant and anything else plastic over in your chat, because the plants, especially the ones that are bendy, are flexible because there's metal inside. Sometimes the metal can pierce through the end of the plastic and it can be incredibly sharp, even if only a tiny bit is poking out.
With regards to the wound, I'm sure if you just wash it over and keep it clean, it'll be fine, but better off waiting for additional advice. I hope Yellow is okay.
