    I suppose that depends -

    The Jumpstart is ETL certified and significantly cheaper. For a single RHP, this might be a good route to go.

    The Herpstat on the other hand is more expensive, but very well regarded and has a great deal of other features that may come in handy. They also come in multi-port units, which is extremely helpful for setups where multiple device monitoring is needed. I personally use these.

    In short, if you believe you are only going to be using a single RHP, you might as well get the Jumpstart. If you play on using multiple panels in the future, I would go herpstat.
