Re: Question on T8 with UTH...

Is Flexwatt or THG stronger than ultratherm? Would it even make a difference, since they're all set at 92 or so on thermostats? :s

I'm looking to set up something long term that can maintain their hot spot and overall temps through the seasons, because I'm unable to just control room temp for them. Would I need to combine an ultratherm UTH with a ceramic heat emitter inside the T8? (Is that how that works? How does it work? LOL)

I'll look into RHP's too! But I'm not handy at all and have no idea how drilling even works.

ETA: I'm ordering ultratherms or some heating source for the snakes right now on reptilebasics. I'm trying to plan this all out and get everything I need at once, at least for awhile
