Im sitting next to two IT guys right now who could have that IP address in a flash.

Giving them free ammunition?? Are you kidding me? Peoples beloved dogs and cats being murdered is not "free ammunition." This is a horrific, heinous cruel act of savagery that absolutely needed to be reported to ANY law enforcement agency that could have found and prosecuted this man. Pure and utter evil. I think that you all don't understand the seriousness of this crime. This is a serious crime that can and should bring jail time.

I too agree that it should bring jail time, but as you said LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, HSUS and PETA are not law enforcement agencies the are boarderline radical groups pushing an agenda, they don't care about bringing one person to justice they care more about pushing animal bans across the board.
