If this animal was eating live you need to feed live, it is important to have a new animal eating for you and for that feed the same prey than what was previously fed is a must.

Once the animal feeds with consistency 3 to 5 meals you can attempt to switch.
I spray her newspaper down with water to increase humidity so I don't know how it would be too low. Maybe I'll try soaking her. But she was on live hoppers so I'll pick one up today
