    Right now your snake is having issue shedding (which can play a role), that needs to be the priority for now, what you see is a snake unable to shed because a humidity level that is too low.

    Now as far as feeding, has this snake ever eat for you since you got it? If not you need to find out what was the prey offered prior to you acquiring it? If this animal was eating live you need to feed live, it is important to have a new animal eating for you and for that feed the same prey than what was previously fed is a must.

    Once the animal feeds with consistency 3 to 5 meals you can attempt to switch.
