Legally you get a lunch break unless its your own business and then its by your choice. Just because your lunch isn't long enough for you to handle your personal business doesn't change any of the facts. If the place you work is that strict and doesn't give any breaks then I doubt they would let a personal delivery be shipped to them either?

The point of this is, there are things out of our control and some people sound so self centered like delivery drivers are here to cater to them. I find it entertaining to say the least. How about if 20 people in your area all had live animals to be delivered on the same day, bet some of you would be mad if yours wasn't delivered first and would blame FedEx if it came with mites because they didn't QT your box away from the rest.

B.S.? Do you work where i work? I work in a small printing company. There is only 2 of us working in the back where i work running equipment. I keep up with 4 printing presses, stock orders, and training the guy in bindery running cutters and folders. There is no time for breaks not for me. The owner is too broke to hire more people and dont seem like there is too many people in my city that has a basic sense of running any kind of equipment. Just the way it is right now. Dont get me wrong i love my paychecks at the end of the week but i dont have time to go to a hub. Look up Texas labor laws. Employers in TX DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE ANY BREAKS OR LUNCH BREAKS. Only requirement is 20 minutes of restroom breaks and 20 minutes water break. Just because an employer gives (3) 15 minute breaks just means thats another perk to work for them.
