Well it does not in Canada where both the buyer and seller are located.

Even if the buyer proceeded with the transaction via his/her bank account directly (cant remember all the details...remember reading part of the payment was through paypal)...you should at least contact your personal bank and start claim proceedings there too.

Also, consider gathering the other BOI's and evidence substantiation your claims and forward this info to Grant Crossman.
I have seen Omega Pythons at the CRBE/Reptile Expo's in Toronto.
I can't see Mr. Crossman allowing this person to continue having vendor tables at his events and potentially giving a series of great herp expos a bad name.

so, an update to this story. just receive this boy from Chris today. instead of resending me an enchi fire yb, he send me this enchi fire super stripe instead.

snake is healthy, beautiful and in shed in fact. i did not walk way satisfy with Chris's customer service however he did sent me a more expensive snake(by last year's standard) so i will let this photo conclude this thread. Thanks everyone for the input and support. off to feeding up my babies and try breeding new season!

Glad to see you did get something for your hard earned money.
Sorry you didn't get what you wanted and got stuck with yet another deadbeat breeder.
I just don't see how some of these guys keep their doors open??

I've told a few local big breeders here about him, and they all laughed and said "we know we dont do business with him we only sell him things for him to attempt to flip and claimed he hatched them" IF you go to Reptilescanada, you can leave him negative feed back regardless, you spent 2400$ on nothing, This snake has another year, and your value has dropped significantly, Even with that snake sent he should have at least given you 50% back. Anyways good luck with him hopefully he works out.
