    Not if you are dealing with someone that is honest. Dont let one scumbag get you down. I know it is a lot of money and it sucks. The biggest problem you will have in court is the waiting so long to file and now you want to wait some more with false hopes that this guy can pull a purple polka dotted unicorn out of his hind end.
    I wouldnt wait or do further business with him.
    Glad he is up there in Canada and not here in Texas........ he wouldnt be around long here.
