My bee keep on regurgitating the rat.
So ban me for giving my opinion in a forum. If you ask me, the staff was disrespectful to me first.
But I digress...

Maybe you should leave.
If you did so much research you would know and understand that there is also ambient heat and a little thing called back heat. Neither of which is on the floor of the tub. Maybe you should watch a couple a couple of Brians youtube videos so you can see how bug some breeders are that don't use any belly heat.
Do I use it? Yes.
Do I have to? No.
Do I know what changes I would have to make in my room to not have to run belly heat? Yes

First I don't ban people.
Second you evidently have no clue what being rude or disrespectful is.
With that being said you might want to spend more time here researching to learn some facts instead of just regurgitating some of the myths that are posted on line. I am not saying that I am the all knowing but I am saying that I am smart enough to know who to ask when I have questions.

Once I get an established reptile room and larger collection, I plan to also use just ambient heat. With so many animals, running that much hot spots is just asking for an electrical fire.

To be fair, I thought it was already established that the OP's local temps probably aren't high enough for a BP's digestive needs, without adding some sort of supplementary heat, which he doesn't have. Let's focus on that fact, rather than the petty arguing.
