Basically all of body ailments from 20 years of being an Infantry Soldier in the Army got a lot worse. I decided to make a change back in April and have lost 45lbs since and have been keeping it off with very little effort now that I got into my routine. Here are my before and afters (I posted these in the "Male snake keepers" forum also):

Before (218lbs):

After (185lbs when this pic was taken but I am now down to 179):

My goal was to slim down first and get rid of the weight. Now I am reworking my body and trying to add some muscle mass. I'm not trying to get huge just want to get more defined. My joints don't hurt, I am off of my cholesterol meds, and I hardly ever get migraines any more. I don't know that the migraines will EVER go away completely because I actually get disability for them but they are definitely less frequent.

Just keep at it and you can get there. When you feel like having a snack, reach for an apple instead of a chip. I had to actually get all of those snack foods out of the house so I wouldn't be temped.
Epic transformation bro! Good work. Really motivating!
