This obviously struck a nerve with quite a few people like I said it would but, that's okay it happens.

Naturally. Rants like this have a good possibility of scaring away new members.

And once again regurged info that I already mentioned. With a forum or most sites for that matter you have FAQ's, Important or Need to Know Info, Sticky threads or what ever you want to call it. Since people commonly have the same issues and the solution is the same. Why have it when few people use them. Other than for those who actually take the time to do so.

I specifically said website, and most I've seen don't have a FAQ. There's a link to the caresheet and that's it. However, like I mentioned, these can be written by just about anyone. There's actually a website that ranks high on google that looks legit, but isn't.
