I can second that. Just make sure you take vitamins though and amazingly enough, cutting out caffeine helps a ton too. Granted, I have trouble pulling all-nighters now, but it beats waking up tired every single day.

Nuts and berries, my friend. Unless you want to be portraying TV and the movies, nuts and berries 28 days a month, mammoth/scavenged meat for the other 2-3.
Nutritionists, doctors, and anthropologists agree: nuts and berries are awesome. They helped humans and our ancestors survive for a million+ years, and are still great to have lots of.
Of course, variety is key. An easy guide is try to get a variety of colors.
If you want to eat meat because it's delicious, fun, and decent for putting on muscle, go ahead. If you're honestly trying to make your diet more like something typical of 50,000 years ago, don't focus on it.
Feel free to throw in plenty of bugs though! Insects are awesome, and an overlooked part of our diet in the western world.

Lol No I'm not doing the "cave man" or paleo diet to live like one. Im doing it for my lifting/ training. I was a fan of the keto diet in the past but it was a little more restrictive then paleo. Since I have been on it my cardio has actually gotten a lot better and I feel great, the fat keeps my feeling full and energized even with minimal carbs.
And yes meat is a big part of my diet

That kind of strength is impressive. Don't think my body would do it even if I wanted to. I tend to stick with lower weight high reps and swimming/cycling/running. Then again I'm not going for tons of power.

Thanks I actually get that for 12 good reps. So not that low on reps. Tho recently I have been doing more circuit training and super sets, getting my cardio work in.

Nice man. Circuit training is rough ... weights and cardio. I remember the beginning of swimming season in college we would do 45 seconds on and 15 to switch machines. It was a good day when you kept your breakfast.
