Provent-A-Mite. (Don't use insecticide directly on the snake. Most insecticides are designed to kill ectothermic animals, and they are toxic to reptiles. Provent-A-Mite is used only on the enclosure, never on the snake).

I can't tell from the photo whether they are mites or phorid flies. (Do they have wings?)
There's really nothing there to indicate scale, so it's hard to tell how large they are.

I can't get PAM since I live in Europe. I know the photo is pretty bad (hard to take a good picture of such small things!), but the biggest ones are about 1 millimeter in diameter.

However, PAM also looks like to be permethrin-based, so I used essentially the same product (just with a different name).
