    The lack of breeders is the REASON why you should be able to move your animals very easily with the locals.

    I agree completely, especially since a lot of this discussion has been centering around NJ. There are great breeders locally who keep a low profile here in NJ. So the market is wide open for those who want to be out in the open. And I plan on taking full advantage of that in a few years
