I just dieted down for 5 months. Started at 267 and ended at 205. Looking to bulk up and maybe doing a bodybuilding show in SEP of next year. Been lifting for a while but fell into a rut for about 6 months eating way too much. Someone at work bet me I could not get a 6 pack in 6 months so I had to get my ass in order. Not only did I take his money but I did it in 5 months. Now im focused on finally doing a show. Been wanting to do one for a long time. Just takes focus and determination. All of you will hit your goals.
